SPIN CLASSES

Sunrise Spin: Sunrise spin is a phenomenal 45 minute cardio blast. A high-energy, low lighting ride, set to different genre’s and themed music, catered to all levels, meant to tone, build muscle, and improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.   
Tuesdays & Thursday at 6:00AM.

Hills n’ Thrills: Get ready to “up” your spin game by building cardiovascular strength and endurance, as the bike simulates outdoor terrains - hills, more hills, rocks, roots, and flats.
Mondays at 5:30PM.

Spin 101: In the Spin Studio.
Wednesdays at 5:00PM.

Spinsanity: In the Spin Studio
Wednesdays at 5:30PM.

Spinnervals: Get ready to sprint, “jump” and climb in this 45 minute spin class that utilizes the Lemond Revmaster Pro bike.  The time will fly by as you ride to great music and get your heart pumping while building strength and endurance.
Thursdays at 5:30PM.

Camp Cycle: Boot camp on a bike is a class full of interval training. We work on strength and speed all the while listening to fun music. I encourage my participants to sing, count and yell. Join us for a great ride!!
Saturdays at 8:15AM.

Secret Spin: Come join us for a fun ride and great times!
Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:15AM.

WATER FITNESS

Deep Water: In the pool.

AEROBICS

Cardio & Strength: In the Easy Gym…

Cardio & Core Calories Killer: A combination of cardio and toning. Fast-paced, fun cardio with great music, combined with challenging light dumbbell moves to work every body part so that the participant gets a full body workout in every class.
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30AM.

Cardio Pump: You bring the energy and we’ll supply the equipment (steps, weighted bars and hand-held weights) to give you a great cardio and strength interval workout.  Intensity and impact can be modified for a variety of fitness levels.
Tuesdays at 5:30PM.

Elite Sculpting: A 45-minute workout class that effectively combines aerobic conditioning and strength training. This is incorporated by constructing minute-based stations or through multiple rounds of lower & upper body strengthening, cardiovascular endurance training, and core stabilization exercises.
Mondays & Thursdays at 5:30PM

Rhythm Fitness: Rhythm fitness is a dance cardio class with choreographed strength exercises. Come dance the calories away, tone muscles, and build your endurance in this fun format! This workout is for everyone with low to high intensity moves and modifications to suit all participants.

GENERAL FITNESS

Pilates: Pilates is gentle on the body while offering amazing benefits.It focuses on the deep muscles responsible for the body's core strength and stability.

Silver Sneaker Circuit: In the Silver Room.
